1. Our commitment

We are committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities, including people who use assistive technology, people with low vision, people who navigate by keyboard, and people with cognitive or learning differences. Accessibility is not a checklist for us — it is part of what makes this practice professionally credible.

2. The standard we work to

This site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the standard most often referenced by Australian government, healthcare, and large-organisation procurement. Where it is reasonable to go further, we go further.

3. What we have done

To make this site accessible, we have:

4. Known limitations

We know the following are not yet ideal, and we are working on them:

5. Browser and assistive technology compatibility

This site is tested on the most recent two major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on both desktop and mobile, and tested with screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android). Older browsers will still display the site, though some visual features may be reduced.

6. If something doesn't work

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, we want to hear about it. Please email hello@improveyour.team with "Accessibility" in the subject line, and tell us:

We aim to respond within five business days. If the issue is straightforward to fix, we will fix it. If it is not, we will tell you what we are doing about it and provide an alternative way to access the information or service you needed.

7. Alternative access

If you would prefer to interact with us by phone or email rather than through this website, you are welcome to. Email hello@improveyour.team and we will respond within two business days. Discovery Calls and Lunch & Learn requests can be initiated entirely by email.

8. Ongoing review

This statement is reviewed at least annually, and whenever a substantial change is made to the site. The version number and last-updated date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

A note on this statement

An accessibility statement is only worth as much as the practice behind it. If we say we will respond and we don't, tell us — that is a failure we want to know about.
